Returns and Exchanges Policy
Serums: We accept returns of our serums, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase. Full refunds or exchanges are available for unopened bottles and for bottles that are at least half full.
LED Therapy Lamps and Kits: Returns of ZeigSkin™ LED therapy lamps and Lamp Kits are accepted within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Please note that a $150.00 restocking fee will apply for returns of used LED Lamp Kits.
Derma Rollers: Returns of unopened derma roller kits are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any used derma rollers.

How to Return
Print the Return Label: You will receive a return label via email.
Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in a box and seal it. Affix the prepaid return label on the outside.
Send It Off: Drop off the package at any UPS location or schedule a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (additional UPS fees may apply). Follow the instructions included in your return label email.
Return FAQs
How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?
Processing returns can take up to 14 business days after receipt. The timing for posting a credit to your account can vary by bank. Please contact your bank for detailed information.
Can I exchange an order paid with PayPal or AfterPay?
Yes, exchanges are possible for orders made via PayPal or AfterPay. Please contact us to facilitate the exchange. Note that we will need a credit card to process exchanges, as we cannot do this directly through PayPal or AfterPay.
What if I received the wrong product or it arrived damaged?
If there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or if it arrived damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will assist you in correcting the issue promptly.

Upon receipt, please inspect your package for any damage. If you find any, retain the box, packing materials, and the damaged items, and contact us immediately for assistance.
